Once the Order is with the shipping service we lose control of it. However, we can usually provide a tracking number so you can find, where in the carriers system your consignment is.

What happens when things go wrong?

Because this is a trade site most orders are despatched by carrier and this makes tracking far simpler than services like the Royal Mail so in reality, it is rare for anything to go astray and even if it does get delayed for some reason, its usually possible to determine whereabouts.
